This will keep you updated about ongoing offers, promotions, our new launches, blogs or about hiring.




What is ‘My Account’?


From my account, you can access all the information related to your order(s). It gives you complete control to do the following:Edit your personal information like Name, Address, etc.Also Change password Check Balance/Check your order history?




Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Swara Paithani?


No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Swara. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us to avail offers, discounts, and promotional store credits.




How do I register?


To register, you just need to click on Login button on the top right of our website. Click on the ‘Sign Up’ option below login to create your account.Alternatively you can also use Facebook or google email-id to create your account.





Order Related

How do I know once my order is confirmed?


Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Swara Paithani confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.




Do you take orders over the phone?


We do not take orders over the phone. The customer would have to place an order on www.swarapaithani.com by themselves. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.




I have already placed my order, can I add more items to the same order?


No. Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it.




How to check the status of my order?


To check the status of your order, log in to www.suta.in and go to “My Orders” section under “Account”. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.




I placed an order twice.


In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately. We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.




Can I pre-order a saree which is sold out?


Unfortunately, we do not take preorders. You can click on Notify When Available tab and we will notify you as soon as the product has been restocked. Also, do check out social media stories for updates on re-stock.




I am unable to place an order.


We are sorry to hear that you are facing a problem related to order placing, Do call us immediately on 7506360052 / 3, or alternatively mail us on swaranjay@gmail.com. Our technical team will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. FYI : we are also available on whatsapp on the same above numbers.




I would want to cancel my order.


You can do so if the order is not yet shipped, but once its shipped some charges will be applicablle & deducted towards packaging and reversal of shipping expenses.

Shipping Related

Are there any shipping charges?


Shipping charges are not flat but tailored according to the purchase made. If your purchase is below Rs 2500/- then the shipping charges will be Rs 150/-, If your purchase is in between Rs 2500/- to Rs 5000/- then the shipping will be Rs 100/- and no shipping charges applicable if the purchase goes above Rs 5000/- This is applicable to all locations in the country




How many days does it tak to deliver a product ??


It will take 4-5 working days in ideal situation, Unless we don't see any un towards situation where the delivery may take time, however we will continue to intimate our customer about the delay in such situation.




How does the delivery process take place?


We have engaged a reputed and reliable logistic partner, who would deliver the order at your doorstep once the order is confirmed and payment done.




Is the COD option available?


Unfortunately No... Cash on Delivery option is not currently available. But we will have it operational soon. Yes... COD (cash on delivery) option is available, but currently it is restricted to the metropolitan or tier-2 metro cities only, However additional Rs 100 will be charged on and above the existing shipping charges applicable according to your purchases




Do you deliver all over India?


Yes...Currently only in India. The delivery will take place all over India, In case the delivery cannot be done by our logistic partner then we may take assistance of Indian postal services. But then this can be done only on prepaid orders.




What do I do if my shipment has tampered?


In case you receive any order that you think the package is tampared / damage or been compromised, we request you to immediately take a photo of the same & whatsapp us the same if possible in the presence of delivery man along with order number and other details so that we send you fresh item




Can I handpick my order.


Ofcourse you can... you can pick up the order from our store, provided you select the option of store pick at the checkout process. No shipping charges will be applicable in this situation

How do I ensure the product is authentic


We understand your concern!!! but don't worry. We are a reputed business in this field of retail clothing and have been in this field for years now. You will receive a certificate of authentication from the manufacturer as well as a guarantee card from us.
