How do I register?

How do I know once my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Swara Paithani confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
Do you take orders over the phone?
I have already placed my order, can I add more items to the same order?
How to check the status of my order?
I placed an order twice.
In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately. We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.
Can I pre-order a saree which is sold out?

Shipping Related
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges are not flat but tailored according to the purchase made. If your purchase is below Rs 2500/- then the shipping charges will be Rs 150/-, If your purchase is in between Rs 2500/- to Rs 5000/- then the shipping will be Rs 100/- and no shipping charges applicable if the purchase goes above Rs 5000/-
How many days does it tak to deliver a product ??
It will take 4-5 working days in ideal situation, Unless we don't see any un towards situation where the delivery may take time, however we will continue to intimate our customer about the delay in such situation.
How does the delivery process take place?
We have engaged a reputed and reliable logistic partner, who would deliver the order at your doorstep once the order is confirmed and payment done.
Is the COD option available?
Unfortunately No... Cash on Delivery option is not currently available. But we will have it operational soon.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes...Currently only in India. The delivery will take place all over India, In case the delivery cannot be done by our logistic partner then we may take assistance of Indian postal services. But then this can be done only on prepaid orders.
What do I do if my shipment has tampered?
In case you receive any order that you think the package is tampared / damage or been compromised, we request you to immediately take a photo of the same & whatsapp us the same if possible in the presence of delivery man along with order number and other details so that we send you fresh item
Can I handpick my order.
Ofcourse you can... you can pick up the order from our store, provided you select the option of store pick at the checkout process. No shipping charges will be applicable in this situation
